What is the Customs Sync setting?

When enabled, the setting lets you edit item info from within the customs modal.

When the customs modal is closed, it will set the fields on your items equal to the values that were just entered.

Why is the Customs Sync setting useful?

Customs Sync is useful for customers who want shippers to be able to update item information as needed in the customs section of an international order on orders that had the item data passed from the host system. 

Using the Customs Sync Setting

Select the triple line icon in the upper left-hand corner of DSX and navigate to "Workstation Settings."
