This document provides an overview of how to use Goodwill Finds in conjunction with ShipWise.

What is Goodwill Finds and why is it useful?

Goodwill Finds is a curated online store that features a selection of handpicked items from Goodwill stores across the country. Unlike Shopgoodwill, the items on Goodwill Finds are sold at a fixed price rather than through auctions. The selection on Goodwill Finds tends to be more fashion focused.


Using Goodwill Finds in ShipWise

Goodwill Finds integrates directly to ShipWise's Public API.

Goodwill Finds is an external integration therefore ShipWise does not manage or code their integration. 

For support with our ShipWise API, Goodwill Finds customers can contact our API support team at .

Note: If a customer wishes to integrate with Goodwill Finds, they will need to subscribe to ShipWise's Public API, which requires submitting a deal for the sales team.

Goodwill Finds Troubleshooting Tips

Since Goodwill Finds is an external integration, they will be handling the majority of the integration issues. However, if logs are needed, they can be accessed using the following steps:

  • Log into ShipWise Admin.
  • Switch to the customer's account.
  • Navigate to "Orders".
  • Enter a date range. 
  • In the search field, enter the order ID of the order you need the logs for.
  • If the order is found, click "Detail"
  • Click the JSON tab. This tab provides all info pulled in from the ShipWise API.
