What does V5 mean?
Information on how V4 integrations differ from V5 integrations.
WorkFlow:
V4 integrations run like a conveyor belt. Run starts > Writeback happens > Orders pull in.
The current stage much finish before the next stage will start.
V5 integrations have stages that run independently of each other. Example: Writebacks are attempted as customers process, not when a "run" occurs.
Customization:
V4 has limited customization.
V5 has Python Scripts that can be built out for order, product, and writeback mappings. Order combining is supported.
Data Logging:
V4 has limited data logging.
With V5, more data is stored. (Raw, Converted and Mapped)
