How to Setup a Mail Group Account
Adding New Mail Group Account
Step One:
From the main menu, navigate to "Settings", then select "Carriers" from the drop-down.

Click "Add Account" on the Mail Group
The Mail Group Account Settings
Account Name: Internal Account Name. The customer can set this to their choosing.
Account Number: Use the Username provided by the Mail Group Rep for entry in this field
Username: Provided by the Mail Group rep
Password: Provided by The Mail Group rep
Terminal: Provided by the Mail Group Rep
Cost Center: Customer's cost center for reporting
