RRD - Rate Upload Error

Rate Upload Error: File was processed but threw an exception writing to the database. See trace for more info.

Issue: 

Received error when attempting to upload RR Donnelley rates to ShipWise Cloud.

The file was processed but threw an exception writing to the database. See trace for more info.

Cause:

duplicate rows in a column 

Solutions:

How to fix when duplicate country codes:

1. Open the file in Excel
2. highlight the first column (A)
3. find "Conditional Formatting"
4. in the top menu bar > "Highlight cell rules" > "Duplicate Values". This will highlight all duplicates in the country code column.
5. Once this is done you will see any countries that were provided twice. This file is invalid because of the duplicate value(s).
6. You'll need to reach out to RRD to get the correct value for that row in the file.
