ShopGoodwill Setup

This article is for internal use. It goes over the credentials needed to successfully connect a ShopGoodwill integration.

Required Credentials:

• UserName and Password
  • Customer will need to setup a user on the account that can be utilized for the API connection. To be able to successfully get an order returned, the user needs to have a user role of Shipping Webservice User.
• OrderRangeMin
  • The lowest order number they currently have in their system
• OrderRangeMax
  • The upper limit of order numbers. This can be set based off of the customers monthly volume.

Testing Site:

• If you are running into issues pulling in orders via DSX once the integration has been created in the cloud, the following site can be used to test:
