USER ROLES IN SHIPWISE
This article goes over the different user roles and their permission within the ShipWise software

Admin
Standard Admin 
This is the top level user available within the ShipWise system.
User Permissions
User CAN:
- View all orders on the account
- Ship or Void any order
- Create or edit batches
- Create new orders
- Create new users in the system
- Change the roles for Manager, Shipper or Viewer users
User CANNOT:
- Delete or edit another Admin user's profile.
Account Owner 

An Account Owner has all the same permissions as a regular admin with the following exceptions:
User CAN:
- Demote an admin's user role and delete the user.
Manager 
2nd Highest level user
User Permissions
User CAN:

- View all orders on the account
- Ship or Void any order
- Create or edit batches
- Create new orders
User CANNOT:
-
- Create new users
- Change another user's role
- Delete another user
Shipper 
The basic level for most users
User Permissions
User CAN:
-
- View all orders on the account
- Ship or Void any order
- View batches that are assigned to that specific user
User CANNOT:
-
- Create orders*
- Edit or delete users
- Access account settings
- Bulk update orders
- Bulk void orders
*Admin users can grant a Shipper the access to create orders under, Settings > Users > User > Permissions > "Create Manual Orders."
Viewer 
Often used for Customer Service Agents
User Permissions
User CAN:
- View all orders on the account
- View shipment records on the account
User CANNOT:
- Ship or Void orders
- Modify or add orders
- Create new users
- Change another user's role
- Delete another user
