ShipWise Portal User Role Definitions

The ShipWise Portal utilizes user role separation to control access to areas and features within our platforms. These roles are only editable by an authorized account administrator.

User Role Definitions -

*From least to greatest, each successive role assumes the previous role's permissions.

Creating a User is one of the fundamental steps to start shipping within
ShipWise.
Users can be given access levels that allow or restrict parts of the
program based on the role the user is assigned.
The User profile can also set UI preferences based on the users desired settings.
Lastly, user activity is recorded and used for reporting if desired.
